We want you to be completely satisfied with Jesse. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our subscription services. All payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record.
2. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new users. During this period, you can explore all features of the platform at no cost. No payment information is required to start a trial. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account will be automatically downgraded.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
To qualify for the money-back guarantee:
- The request must be made within 14 days of your first payment
- This guarantee applies only to the first subscription period
- It does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades
4. Subscription Renewals
Refunds for subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you forget to cancel before a renewal and have not used the Service during the new billing period, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
To avoid unwanted charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date through your account settings.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial months of service usage
- Add-on services or one-time purchases, once delivered
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period (for initial subscriptions)
- Promotional waivers, including but not limited to setup fee waivers for founding partners, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at founder@jesseapp.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of the transaction
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method through Paddle.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes fairly and promptly.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
